Zuku offers you various convenient ways to make your payment including Mobile Money transfers and also through Visa card. To find out more on how to settle your bill, click on the options below.

*Please note, Zuku will update payments made via Mobile Money every two hours

To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your Zuku account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

To pay using Mpamba
  • Dial *444# (To access the Mpamba Menu)        
  • Select 3 for Payments
  • Select 2 for Subscriptions
  • Select 3 for ZUKU
  • Enter ZUKU subscription account number
  • Enter subscription Amount
  • Confirm details by pressing 1
  • Enter Mpamba PIN and send

*Subscriber will then get payment details via SMS

 

To pay using Airtel Money

Go to Airtel Money Menu by dialing *185# on your phone 

  • Select Pay Bill
  • Select Others/Press 9
  • Enter Zuku Business Number 111222
  • Enter the Amount
  • Under Reference; type your 6 digit Account Number
  • Confirm Details on Confirmation Screen
  • Enter your Airtel Money PIN and Send

*Payment reflects on Zuku within 15 minutes.

Available in all NBS Service Centres countrywide  

Cash and cheque payments only; no EFT payment accepted

Fill in an NBS utility deposit slip indicating:

(i) Zuku TV Account Name

(ii) Zuku TV Account Number

(iii) Depositors Name

(iv) Depositors phone number

(v) Amount

You will receive a receipt, which you should store for future reference..

  • Go to the nearest MA UNITS agents located in Puma Zomba Fairways, Total Zomba.    
  • Total Zomba Central, Engen Grand Prix Zomba and ask to pay for Zuku subscription
  • Retailer/Merchant shall input the Customer’s Account number and Amount in the POS.
  • Once the amount is entered, POS displays the Amount, transaction fees and Total amount ( Amount + transaction fees) details for confirmation.
  • Once the payment is confirmed by subscriber, payment will be posted to Zuku.
  • Once the payment is successful, POS generates the receipt with POS terminal ID, Merchant Name, Transaction ID, Account Number, transaction fees and total amount particulars.
  • Customer receives confirmation of payment SMS from Zuku.
